Why Culvii?

AI models are capable enough to automate real work. Most organizations are not blocked by the model. They are blocked by what surrounds it.

An agent that can read customer records, update a system, or approve a transaction needs more than a prompt and a set of tools. It needs an identity, defined authority, human escalation, and a record that security and operations teams can trust.

Without those controls, a promising prototype stalls before production. Engineering can show that it works, but security cannot establish what it may do, and operations cannot see how to run it safely.

Identity, capabilities, human approval, and an audit trail bridge the gap between a working prototype and a production-ready agent.Identity, capabilities, human approval, and an audit trail bridge the gap between a working prototype and a production-ready agent.

Governance should be structural

Policies written beside an agent are easy to bypass accidentally. Culvii puts governance into the path the agent must use:

  • Identity attributes actions to a specific agent rather than a shared credential.
  • Capabilities define which systems and actions that agent may use.
  • Human-in-the-loop controls stop consequential work until the right person approves it.
  • Tamper-evident audit trails preserve evidence of what happened and in what order.

These are not finishing touches added after the agent works. They are part of how the agent is built and operated from the start.

The operating gap

Governed software still needs people and process around it. Someone must deploy changes, monitor runtime behavior, respond to incidents, improve reliability, and translate business policy into operational controls.

Teams can own that work through Culvii Kit and Console. Teams without the capacity or specialist roles can use AgentOps to operate the same foundation with them and gradually take ownership.

That is the Culvii model: the product, controls, and operating path needed to move from a useful agent to an agent-native business.
